Day without VAT (March 11, June 17 and December 2, 2022)

This will apply for March 11, June 17 and December 2.

For online stores www.kupa.co, orders of the day without VAT will begin to be received from 12:00 am on June seventeenth (17), 2022, until 11:30 pm on the same day, legal time. Colombiana that corresponds to Coordinated Universal Time - UTC decreased by 5 hours (UTC-5).

Delivery to the carrier of purchases made in online stores will be made within a period not exceeding ten (10) business days after the purchase is made and the invoice is issued.

1. The exemption of the day without VAT applies to clothing and clothing accessories (backpacks, briefcases, accessories, scarves, lunch boxes, cartridge cases).

2. The deduction that applies to the purchase corresponds to the exemption established by Law 2155 of September 14, 2021. It is not a promotion.

3. Products purchased during the day without VAT are governed by the policy of changes and guarantees of the brand. In case of changes or guarantees, the customer will be recognized the value paid for the product, however the consumer must assume the VAT collection of the new invoice, as long as the request is made on a date after the day of the day without VAT. If a consumer purchases a garment on one of the three VAT-free days, and wishes to exchange the garment within the exchange policy, on another of the established VAT-free day dates, it may be changed without VAT being charged.

4. The delivery time of our products to the carrier is 10 business days.

5. Only 3 products per category can be purchased per customer. If there is more than one order made by the same client, they will be automatically cancelled.

6. The discount applies only for the days established by the national government as days without VAT, any payment that enters before or after the calendar day will not apply to the benefit.

7. If the payment was not accepted by the platform and the order is not placed again on the established calendar day, you will not be able to access the benefit.

8. According to regulations of the day WITHOUT VAT, it does not apply to the Home category (except for the Pitalito product).

The indicated price of each product in physical stores and online stores includes the value of VAT and this will be discounted in the order summary if the conditions for accessing the VAT-Free Day benefit are met. The VAT exemption benefit will apply only to the price of the products, so it will not affect the shipping price, which will be duly informed to consumers prior to completing the transaction.

In addition to the benefit of the day without VAT, the customer will be able to access the discounts and promotions in force in the brand at the time of purchase on the day without VAT, if valid, on June 17 the 25% discount will be applied to all store products only using the FINDESINIVA discount coupon. The use of the discount coupon will be the sole responsibility of the client, if it is not used, they will not be able to access the advertised discount.
