Throughout the month of February we will be collecting the KUPA that you no longer use in our Yellow Store and our Blue Store :) Yes! Let's give them a second life 💚.
You can bring all KUPA products with the exception of: Masks (Nemocón, Mini Nemocón, Zipaquirá, Astorga). Sajú, Chaló Chaló, Balantur, Balaqui and products from business alliances.
You can bring products from all collections older than 3 months.
Remember to bring your washed products for everyone's safety.
Receive 20% OFF on products in the same category as the product you donate.
Our categories are: Products of less than $50,000 pesos Accessories and t-shirts Suitcases & Clothes
You must redeem the discount at the same time of the donation, only in physical stores.
If you bring more than one KUPA, you will be able to redeem your discount on products from the category of the product with the highest value that you have donated.
Discount not cumulative for quantity of products to donate.

By delivering your KUPA and/or accessing the discount, you give the express authorization that KUPA may dispose of the product(s) you deliver.
Internally we will evaluate which products we can repair and which, in alliance with communities of artisans and seamstresses, we can include in Upcycling processes :) ♻
If you would like to fix your KUPA so that you are the one to give it a second life and it is not within the warranty times, it has a cost that varies in price according to the difficulty of fixing it.
