Brave-mind is an internal exercise of allowing yourself to breathe, connect and feel. Sit down and slow down for a moment. Give you a car hug, while you reconcile with your mind.

This collection is an invitation that stems from a very intimate and personal exercise with our team, to speak from the heart despite fear and connect from feeling, rather than from doing.

Let's acknowledge that despite everything we are here :) That it's okay to feel, even when that feeling comes with fury, existential malpari&#$#@ and a touch of I don't want to see anyone today. Because perfection is exhausting and we prefer to feel with brutal sincerity.

We invite you to discover a collection made by three creatives and a storyteller, who illustrated our emotions, mantras and explored our uncomfortable conversations to learn to understand ourselves a little more :)

 

BREATHE

How does it feel to take a breath when you want to scream? Breathing is one of the therapies that we have closest at hand to calm our emotions :)

CONNECT

When we share our emotions with the other person, we begin to connect in a different way, from a space of empathy and complicity. When you realize you're not the only person overwhelmed, the load is lightened :)

FEEL

Allow yourself to feel, how beautiful, what confronts you, what you have procrastinated, what makes you fall in love, what scares you, everything, at your own pace, in your own time, but feel how I got to you :)
